The product will be provided through an Integrated Management System (IMS), with a trained team of staff endeavouring to constantly improve what they do.
FT Pipeline Systems aim to consistently assess and improve their service by continually improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, and all quality issues associated within.
FT Pipeline Systems will set and review the Company Objectives and this Policy Statement annually during a Management Review Meeting. This will monitor their continued suitability and progress.
To meet the company objectives FT Pipeline Systems uses a system, detailed in their Integrated Management Manual which has been created to meet the requirements of the client and ISO 9001:2000.
