SAW spirally
/ longitudinally welded pipe. Steel Grade
ST37, API 5L Grade B, yield strength 235N/mm˛ to
BS 534. Other grades available on request, e.g.
X42, X52. Test Certification to EN 10204/3, 1B.

Pipe Diameters; 80mm to 2000mm inclusive.
Jointing Systems;
1. Butt Welded (Internal repair required)
2. Parallel Sleeve Welded (no internal repair required
with cement mortar but is required with epoxy).
3. Taper Sleeve Welded (no internal repair required with
cement mortar but is required with epoxy).
4. E Joint (no internal repair required).
5. Flanged (no internal repair required).
6. Spigot & Socket Tyton joint (up to and including
300mm, no internal repair required).
7. Grooved for victaulic type couplings (no internal
repair required).
External Coatings;
1. 3 layer hot applied polyethylene, or polypropylene coating
to DIN 30670, consisting of fusion bonded epoxy base, fusion
bonded adhesive primer and heat bonded seamless PE or PP
layer.
2. Copon Hycote 162 High Build
3. Optional reinforced cement coating / rock shield / weight
coating.
Internal Lining for Potable Water;
1. DWI 25 (1) (a) approved cement mortar lining
to DIN 2614, (80mm - 500mm)
2. DWI 31 (4) (a) approved cement mortar lining to DIN 2614,
(600mm - 2000mm)
3. DWI 31 (4) (a) approved cement mortar lining to DIN 2614
with Copon Hycote 162 PWX or Hunting Waterline seal coat.

4 . DWI 31 (4) (a) approved Copon Hycote 162 PWX.(all
diameters)
Internal lining Durathane P for brackish
/ salt water / extremely aggressive water. Copon Hycote
162 HB.
Welded fittings to suit are available (to
BS 534), CAD drawings provided.
6m, 9m, 12m & 18m length pipes to suit
requirements / 100 year design life (in accordance with
European standards).
