Policy Statement
It is the aim of Frazer & Tabberer,
to provide a High Quality Product that will continually
satisfy and exceed customer requirements. Coupled alongside
the provision of all products, we will endeavour to
provide technical support and, where necessary, client
training to ensure total client satisfaction.
The product will be provided through
an Integrated Management System (IMS), with a trained
team of staff endeavouring to constantly improve what
they do.
Frazer and Tabberer aim to consistently
assess and improve their service by continually improving
the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System,
and all quality issues associated within.
Frazer & Tabberer will set and
review the Company Objectives and this Policy Statement
annually during a Management Review Meeting. This will
monitor their continued suitability and progress.
To meet the company objectives Frazer
& Tabberer use a system, detailed in their Integrated
Management Manual which has been created to meet the
requirements of the client and ISO 9001:2000.
